Mobile App - Mobile Banking just got better!

At Chelsea State Bank, you now have access to mobile banking from your mobile web browser or from a new CSB Mobile Banking App. Both options allow you to view account balances, search recent account activity, transfer funds, pay bills, account alerts, security alerts and find the nearest ATM or branch locations.

Enrollment in Online Banking account is required to use any of the mobile banking services. If you do not already have a user ID set up, you can set one up at
www.csbonline.com “Enroll”

To sign up for CSB Mobile Banking, then simply sign into Online Banking (
www.csbonline.com) on your desktop computer and choose User Services Tab, then the Mobile Banking Enrollment option. Enroll your mobile phone or iPad and follow the activation instructions.


After you have activated mobile phone, your phone will receive a text message with your code and a Mobile Banking URL.


Mobile Banking is supported on most phones with a mobile web browser that supports cookies. In addition, the mobile application is available on many smartphones including: iPhone, Android and BlackBerry. Both mobile web and mobile applications can be found by entering the mobile web URL (http://www.MobileCSBonline.com) in your phone’s browser. You can visit the site at any time for more information.


Chelsea State Bank does not charge a fee for the use of CSB Mobile Banking; however your wireless carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

Use the same access ID and passcode you use to log in to Internet Banking from your PC when you click Log in. Or click on the Mobile Banking logo a the top.

If you do not have an access ID yet, please select enroll now from here or from the homepage.

If you see a "Login failed" message when you try to log on, click here.


Balances: View the available balances of all your online accounts.
History: View the activity in your account for the past 30 days.
Account Detail: View details of all of your online accounts.
Transaction Detail: View details of any transaction processed in the past 30 days.
Transfers: Transfer funds between enabled online accounts. Transfers made before 5:30 pm EDT are processed immediately. Transfers made after the Cut-off Time may get processed on the next business day.

Transfers processed after 8:00AM Monday-Friday will not be available at the ATM or for Debit Card purchases until approximately 9:00AM the following day. ONLY transfer at an ATM affect your Debit Card in real-time.



Mobile Banking features the same strong security as Chelsea State Bank's Internet Banking. All information is securely encrypted. You can only log in from a mobile device with a browser that can connect securely.

The first few times you log in to Mobile Banking, you might be asked to answer a Security Verification Question.

If you ever see a warning when you log in that the security certificate does not match the host name, stop and contact Chelsea State Bank.

Note: Customer Service never needs your passcode to assist you.


"Login Failed" Messages

Login failed. Please try again.
You might have mistyped your access ID or passcode. Try again. If you still see this message, contact Chelsea State Bank for a temporary passcode. You must then log in to Internet Banking from a PC and reset your passcode before you can log in to Mobile Banking.

Your access has been disabled...
You have entered an incorrect Security Verification Answer or passcode too many times. Contact Chelsea State Bank for a temporary passcode. You must then log in to Internet Banking from a PC and reset your passcode before you can log in to Mobile Banking.

You have attempted to log in using a temporary passcode...
Temporary passcodes do not work for Mobile Banking. Log in from a PC and reset your passcode before trying again.

The mobile browser doesn't support the required encryption...
The browser on your phone or other mobile device cannot connect to secure sites. Install a new browser or use a different device to log in.

Mobile banking requires the use of cookies...
The browser on your phone or other mobile device does not have cookies enabled. Check your manual to see how to enable cookies. Sometimes cookies are part of the security settings.
